We want to make the site a place that you will come back to on a regular basis and we intend to update this site with new features and information regarding motoring matters.

We are one of over 200 voluntary, charitable groups nationwide (Registered Charity No 1075869), that are affiliated to the "Institute of Advanced Motorists" (IAM), whose aims and objects are:-

1. To improve the standard of car driving on UK roads

2. Advancement of road safety

3. To prepare drivers for the IAM Advanced Driving Test which is accredited to the Driving Standards Agency (DSA)

Did you know that less than 10% of accidents are due to vehicle malfunction? and that one third of accidents take place within a mile of the home? and a further third take place within a 5 mile radius of the home?
